About GS Complications

GS Complications suite for Wear OS provides various complications to add data to your favorite watchface.

The app has to be installed on both your phone and watch for certain complications to work, like the phone battery and phone shortcuts. The one installed on the phone acts as a service so you won't find it in your app launcher.

Available complications

Day / Week of Year
- Supports SHORT_TEXT complication slots.
- You can select the day of the year, week of the year or both to be shown.

Moon Phase (simple icon)
- Supports SHORT_TEXT, LONG_TEXT, and ICON complication slots.
- It shows a simple monochromatic image representing the current phase along with the current illumination.
- Tapping on it will show further details about the moon. (only in the full version)

Moon Phase (detailed icon)
- Supports SHORT_TEXT, LONG_TEXT, SMALL_IMAGE, and ICON complication slots.
- It shows a detailed image representing the current phase
- The image may be painted in some watchfaces. On this occasion, please use the simple icon moon phase complication.
- Tapping on it will reveal further details about the moon. (only in the full version)

Phone / Watch Shortcuts
- Supports LONG_TEXT, SMALL_IMAGE, and ICON complication slots
- You can set shortcuts for your watch or phone apps.
- Tapping will launch the selected shortcut.

Phone / Watch Battery
Supports SHORT_TEXT and RANGED_VALUE complication slots
- You can set the battery from your watch or phone.
- The battery will be updated every five minutes due to system restrictions so please allow a small margin of error.
- Tapping will update it and reveal further details about the battery.

Sun Rise / Set
- Supports SHORT_TEXT, LONG_TEXT, and ICON complication slots.
- It will show the next event (rise/set) time.
- Tapping on it will reveal further details about the sun. (only in the full version)

Tides (only in the full version)
- Supports SHORT_TEXT, LONG_TEXT, and ICON complication slots.
- It will show the next tide (high/low) time.
- Tapping on it will reveal the tides chart and more.

Weather (simple image) (only in the full version)
- Supports SHORT_TEXT and ICON complication slots.
- The icons may be painted in some watchfaces, on this occasion, please select a black-and-white icon set from the app settings.
- You can select any of the available data and icons to show.
- Tapping on it will reveal the weather charts with up to 5 days' weather forecast.

Weather (colored image) (only in the full version)
- Supports SMALL_IMAGE and LONG_TEXT complication slots.
- You can select any of the available data and icons to show.
- Tapping on it will reveal the weather charts with up to 5 days' weather forecast.

World Clock
- Supports SHORT_TEXT and LONG_TEXT complication slots.
- You can select any timezone to show from the selection screen that will appear when setting it.
-Tapping on it will allow you to change the timezone.

Free vs Full

With the full version, you get the weather and tides complications and also the sun and moon details screens

- 2 weather providers to choose from (OpenWeatherMap and yr.no)
- Customizable weather icon sets
- Customizable colors in the data screens
- The following data can be set for the weather complications:
- OpenWeatherMap: Temperature, Temperature (feels like), Precipitation (%), Clouds, Pressure, Humidity, Wind speed, Gust speed.
- Yr.No: Temperature, UV index, Precipitation (mm), Clouds, Pressure, Humidity, Wind speed.
- You can choose the above data to be shown along with the current conditions icon or the data icon or the wind direction icon (the wind direction icon is only available for wind data)
