The Lively app connects your Lively Wearable to your Android smartphone. With a subscription to one of Lively's Health & Safety packages, receive 24/7 access to Lively Urgent Response, step tracking & health tips and much more. Just connect this app to your medical alert device via Bluetooth through your smartphone.

Just one press of the Lively Wearable button and you’ll be connected through the Lively app on your smartphone to Lively Health and Safety Service. Fall Detection is available, automatically contacting Urgent Response. It can also measure your daily steps, keeping you healthy and active.

Lively Urgent Response
With one tap, you’ll be connected to an Urgent Response Agent who will get you the help you need. Our Agents are certified by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. Whether it’s contacting emergency services because you’re experiencing a medical issue or a locksmith because you lost your house keys, we’re always ready to help.

Lively Urgent Care
With Urgent Care, you can speak to a registered nurse or board-certified doctor anytime, without an appointment. It’s an easy way to access qualified medical advice, and you can even get prescriptions or refills for common medications over the phone. No insurance plan is necessary and there are no co-pays.

Lively Link™ app
The Lively Link app alerts loved ones whenever you contact Urgent Response. They just download the app, and they’ll receive alerts on their smartphone. You stay active and independent, while they feel more connected and reassured.

Fall Detection available
Fall Detection is available on Lively Wearable with the Ultimate Health & Safety Package. When Lively Wearable is worn around your neck on the specially designed Fall Detection Lanyard it can sense the sudden movement of a fall. Fall Detection may not always accurately detect a fall. You should always push their button when they need help, if possible. If you are unable to press the button, the Lively Wearable will automatically call an Urgent Response Agent through your smartphone.

Step Tracker & Health Tips
The Lively Wearable records daily step counts to promote an active lifestyle and automatically sends the information to the Lively app on your smartphone. You'll also receive health tips with helpful information on exercising, eating right and living a heart-healthy lifestyle.**
