Glamorph combines online booking and client management for independent beauty professionals working solo or in a small team. Let clients book from your own page, then keep every appointment, preference, sensitivity, session, photo, document and payment in one complete client record.

Online booking that feeds the client history
Publish a booking page with your services, eligible professionals, live availability and business rules. Clients verify their email, receive reminders and can securely reschedule or cancel when your rules allow. Confirmed bookings join the same Glamorph calendar and client history. Optional deposits appear only when the merchant country and connected Stripe account are eligible.

Build a complete beauty client record
• Save contact details, preferences, allergies and sensitivities.
• Add session notes, services, products, hair colour formulas, lash or brow maps and follow-ups.
• Organise before-and-after photos and other media by client and session.
• Create consultation, consent, patch-test and aftercare documents, collect signatures and retain signed PDFs.

Work solo or with a small team
Use one workspace on your own, or create a profile for each salon or studio team member. Enable an appointment calendar only for professionals who take bookings, invite only people who need their own login, and control access to their own or the wider team's clients and calendars by role. A receptionist or assistant can have access without a bookable calendar, and past history stays in the workspace when someone leaves.

Run the day around your clients
Use the calendar for appointments you add, track deposits, balances, tips and expenses, and find a client's past work before the next visit. Glamorph supports makeup artists, hairstylists, nail technicians, lash and brow artists, estheticians, mobile beauty professionals and small studios, salons or spas that need detailed client history without an enterprise salon system.

Work across devices
Use Glamorph on Android, iPhone, iPad and the web. A local mobile copy supports brief connection gaps and sync resumes when you are online.

Payments, clearly separated
Manual payment tracking is always available. Eligible professionals can also collect one-time deposits or balances for real-world beauty services through Stripe-hosted payment links. On supported Android devices, countries and Stripe accounts, Tap to Pay can accept contactless in-person payments. These client payments never buy or unlock Glamorph; the Glamorph subscription is billed separately through Google Play.

Glamorph is not a booking marketplace, fiscal POS, payroll, inventory or medical-record system.
