About GAH Forms

GAH Forms helps authorised users complete assigned PDF forms on an Android device and deliver the finished documents through the destination configured by an administrator.

COMPLETE FORMS ON SCREEN
Open the forms available in your access profile and enter information directly into supported PDF fields. Use configured date and time controls, automatic date fields and required-field checks to complete the information requested by each form.

ADD SUPPORTING DETAILS
Capture signatures on screen, scan barcode values into enabled fields and attach up to five photographs selected from the gallery. Available fields and options depend on the form published by your administrator.

KEEP UNFINISHED WORK
The application retains a protected draft and prepared submission information so unfinished work can be restored and an unsuccessful delivery retried.

DELIVER COMPLETED DOCUMENTS
Prepare a flattened PDF or a ZIP package with supporting photographs. For email delivery, the application opens your selected email application with the configured recipients and attachment, then asks you to confirm that the message was sent. For folder delivery, it saves to the configured network share over Wi-Fi and checks that the file was saved successfully.

CONTROLLED ACCESS
An administrator assigns forms, delivery destinations and device limits. Sign in with the email address linked to your access profile. A valid profile and internet connection are required for access verification. Network-folder delivery also requires access to the configured share and valid credentials; email delivery requires a compatible installed email application.

GAH Forms is a workplace form-completion tool for authorised users. It does not provide public self-registration or a public form-design service.
