The app also has a BMI(Body Mass Index) calculator. A high BMI can indicate high body fatness or overweight. A low BMI indicates that you are underweight.
To calculate BMI you just have to put your weight(KG/LB), height(cm/feet-inch.) and the app will show if you are underweight, overweight or healthy weight.
After each session of workout, you can check your BMI.
