Enter pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and luggage. Choose Standard, Executive or XL, with configurable pricing for each vehicle class. Set base fares, minimum fares, mileage tiers, return-journey rules, night surcharges, airport fees and rounding.

ROUTE PREVIEW
Check the route, distance and estimated journey time before sending a price to your customer.

DRIVER AND CAR TOGETHER
Save each driver with their assigned car, including registration, make, model, colour and licence details. Select the driver when booking a journey and FareSlate brings in the car details automatically. Saved bookings retain the assigned details for your records.

CLEAR CUSTOMER CONFIRMATIONS
Share quotes and booking confirmations using your company name and business details. Include the car registration, make and colour so your customer knows which vehicle to expect.

BOOKINGS THAT STAY ORGANISED
Manage jobs from booking through completion. Check for overlapping driver bookings before confirming an assignment. Duplicate a journey and choose new dates instead of entering the route again.

CALENDAR AND REMINDERS
Open a booked journey in your device's calendar editor with the journey and customer details filled in, then review and save it. FareSlate's booking reminders remain separate from your calendar's reminder settings.

HISTORY, INVOICES AND EXPORTS
Find completed and cancelled jobs, create invoices and export your history when you need a record outside the app.

BACKUP AND RESTORE
Export a backup of journeys, drivers, cars and settings, and import it when needed. Keep a copy somewhere safe outside your phone. Backups are manual, not automatic cloud sync.
