To start using the app you just need to follow this steps:
- Complete a short questionnaire: Fill out a brief questionnaire to share your pelvic symptoms and create your personalized account.
- Meet your physical therapist: Schedule a private video visit with an Evie pelvic floor physical therapist. They'll understand your needs and design a personalized program.
- Start your program: Download the Evie app, log in, and begin your personalized program right away with helpful video exercises, Squeeze tasks, educational content, and more.
