Waqt keeps prayer times, the next-prayer countdown and adhan notifications calm, clear and close at hand. Times are calculated on your device and work offline. No Waqt account or sign-in is required.

ACCURATE, LIKE YOUR MOSQUE
Choose the calculation method used where you live: Diyanet, Muslim World League, Umm al-Qura, ISNA, Karachi and others. Fine-tune each prayer by the minute, choose a high-latitude rule and, if you wish, show both Asr times.

NEVER MISS A PRAYER
Turn adhan notifications on or off for each prayer and silence the sound with one tap. The home-screen widget shows the next prayer without opening Waqt. During Ramadan, follow imsak, iftar and the countdown to suhoor. See the current Hijri date and upcoming holy days.

A COMPANION FOR THE WHOLE YEAR
The Qur’an tab includes the complete Arabic text in the app for offline reading, from Tanzil Project under CC BY 3.0. Search for a sura by name or number. Download Mishary Rashid Alafasy’s recitation one sura at a time; once a sura is fully downloaded, it plays offline. The recited ayah is highlighted as the audio advances. Playback continues in the background and from your lock screen.

Find the qibla, count dhikr and view a full month of prayer times. The missed-prayer tracker keeps every count on your device and never uploads it. A backup code lets you move those counts to a new phone.

Prayer times, the countdown and adhan notifications are always free. They are never gated and never require you to watch an ad.

One optional rewarded video opens one shared four-hour pass to the Qur’an tab, qibla compass, dhikr counter, monthly table and missed-prayer tracker. Waqt Pro keeps these features open while your subscription is active. No ad is shown while Qur’an recitation is playing, including in the free version.

Waqt Pro also removes ads and adds a live sky that changes through the day and a gold-accented widget face. Pro is a renewing monthly or yearly subscription.
