About North Idaho Parade of Homes

The NIBCA Parade of Homes showcases new homes for 2 weekends in September. The dates for the 2022 Parade of Homes are September 17th & 18th, and the following weekend September 23rd through 25th. The event allows those in our community a unique opportunity to tour new homes in all price ranges, search for professional builders, and gives the ability to discuss your ideas with experts that can help you build your dream home.
