- Book a service: pick a category, choose add-ons, enter your address, select a doer, and schedule a one-time or recurring visit.
- Request a quote: describe the job, add photos, set a budget, and receive bids from doers.
- Manage bookings: upcoming, past and recurring work in one place, with reschedule, cancel and pause controls.
- Message and call: chat with your doer before and during the job, with support a tap away.
- Pay securely: cards and Google Pay through Stripe; tips and invoices stay in the app.
- Shop: order service-related products and supplies from the in-app shop.
- Reviews: read reviews from other clients and leave your own after a job.
- Property and tenant tools: property managers can track units, maintenance requests, SLAs and vendors; tenants can submit maintenance requests and messages.
