The organization is an Invitation-only, not-for-profit association of entrepreneurs, industrialists and top executives.

The CEOs’ CLUB is a peer group that goes beyond networking where caring and sharing co-exists. Member CEOs play an important role ensuring non-judgmental listening, objective reasoning, and advice in various matters. CEOs also provide unbiased mentorship and support, to overcome challenges. It provides an enabling environment for new learning via knowledge & experience sharing and is committed to making a positive contribution to the enterprises represented by the members.

Global Roots:

Chief Executive Officer Clubs (CEO CLUBS) is a global business network and leadership development organization. The CEO CLUBS was founded by Dr. Joseph Mancuso in 1977, as a non-profit 501-c3 organization in New York, USA, to create a nurturing environment for CEOs dedicated to improving the quality and profitability of their enterprises through shared experience and personal growth. The Club has chapters across the globe with thousands of CEOs as its members.

The CEO CLUBS INDIA was launched in March 2008 in Hyderabad under the aegis of its parent organization CEO Clubs International, Inc. As of date, in India it has chapters in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune and Ahmedabad.

The CEO Clubs India is an esteemed organisation, where the membership is only through invitation and provides an experience-sharing platform where the CEOs and entrepreneurs come together and learn from each other’s entrepreneurial journey.

The CEO Clubs India, every year conducts an annual event called “Go Beyond Retreat”, where people from various background are invited to share their journey and experience. The themes of the Retreat are so selected as are relevant from Entrepreneurs’ perspective, not necessarily only in business, but from an overall perspective, such as nation, society, family and individual, as well.

In the Year 2022, when the whole world suffered hugely due to the deadliest epidemic – COVID - the Club selected ‘RESILIENCE’ as the theme for its annual retreat, to celebrate the fighting attitude of the humans.

In the 3-day event, several eminent speakers presented their perspective, including the Honourable Ambassador of Vietnam, who presented perspective of their nation.

Similarly, in the year 2023, the Club selected “STRETCH – SEEK THE NEXT LEVEL” as the theme for our annual retreat, which again was relevant at all scale – whether nation, business, family and individual.

Last year, more than 200 business leaders - entrepreneurs and their family - attended the event.

Core binding theme for Go-beyond 2024: “Soar High”

In sequel to the “Resilience” and “Stretch – Seek the Next Level”, this year the Club has zeroed in on “SOAR HIGH”, as the theme for 2024.

The theme has been aptly decided, as there will be no better time for enterprising India and Indians to Soar High, on the global stage, and take their rightful place in the global order. The theme shall be examined from the perspective of nation, business, institution, family and individuals. This retreat would showcase from individuals as prodigies to institutions as start-ups to highly successful nations/ institutions/ families – who/ which have had the cycles of lows and highs in their entrepreneurial journey.

For our subtheme 'Our Time Has Come', your voice stands out as the ideal beacon of wisdom. With your unparalleled vision and deep insight into India's rising stature globally, you embody the essence of this theme. At this critical moment in our nation's journey, your grasp of India's vast socio-economic landscape and strategic positioning is both profound and essential.
