At present we have a lot of work and all need to be completed within a stipulated time. This requires constant use of human memory, but sometimes we miss it due to multitasking. This app works on the principle of capturing maximum input with respect to tasks & time. The uniqueness of this app is that it can capture the activity to the second level through text or pictures.
1. Task Capturing - You can start with "Task title" . It gives you an option to select the date and schedule time. The unique feature is that you can choose an option to notify 30 min before the scheduled time. This task can be further detailed out in two ways.
a) Description mode ( default ) where you can write the task in detail. Example: Task tile - "Employee Review" Description could be " Sales team year assessment to be finished along with Head HR and final report to submitted"
b) Checklist Mode - You can choose this mode especially in the case when you are going to buy Groceries, Medicine, etc from the market - Example - Task Tile " Groceries from Amazon" Select checklist mode you can write items separately like Tea, Sugar, Pulses, etc. and you can check once the item is purchased.
In both the scenario, you can update the details by choosing "Update" option .

2) Priority setting - The task can be prioritized by choosing priority options as High, medium & low. This helps individuals if there are many tasks within the stipulated time.

3) Photo capture: This feature differentiates from others, the user can assign a photo to a task. This can be captured immediately through a phone camera, can be uploaded from the phone gallery.

4) Task Search: Choose the Search option and input task details, the app will show all tasks related to search text.

5) Share your Task: This unique feature help user to share task to friends & Family, Office colleague on their WhatsApp, messenger, etc.

6) Set your view: The user has an option to set his Task lists and grid layout

This "TaskIT" gives users more flexibility to build strong task management. Increases their work productivity, improve time management. Here user can keep its record as a backup or at the same time can delete it if not required.
