About LMG Cares

LMG Cares is the official field operations app for Landmark Group's Mobile Health Unit (MHU) program. Built for on-ground healthcare teams and NGO implementation partners, it digitises end-to-end MHU operations — from patient consultations to daily staff attendance.
Who it's for LMG Cares is an internal tool for authorised Landmark Group program staff, NGO partner field teams, and MHU personnel. Access requires login credentials issued by the program administrator.
Patient Workflow (4-Station Model) Move patients smoothly through the full MHU care journey — Counselling → Nursing → Doctor → Pharmacist — with each station capturing the data it needs and handing the record forward. No paper forms, no duplication.
GPS-Tagged Field Data Every patient record and attendance mark is stamped with the exact location it was captured — giving program managers confidence that the MHU reached where it was meant to.
Daily Attendance with Photo Verification MHU SPOCs mark daily attendance for each role (Doctor, Nurse, Counsellor, Pharmacist, Driver, and others) with a date-stamped photograph and GPS coordinates. Supervisors can audit these records from the web portal.
Real-Time Sync The app operates online to keep data flowing to the central dashboard as it is captured, so program managers always see the latest picture.
Built with care, built for compliance LMG Cares is developed on the mGrant platform by Dhwani Rural Information Systems, with privacy and data protection aligned to India's DPDP framework. Patient data is encrypted in transit and access is role-based.
