With the Dermathèque application, learn dermatology at your own pace.

We offer a thousand clinical cases, divided by theme and difficulty to offer each learner appropriate training. Whether you are a medical student, general practitioner/specialist or dermatologist, you will find the clinical cases you need on Dermathèque.

SCIENTIFICALLY VALID CONTENT
All our cases have been reviewed by dermatologists from the Institut de Dermatologie du Grand Ouest (IDGO). This project is also supported by the French Society of Dermatology. For ethical reasons, due to the presence of photographs from real situations, this application is strictly reserved for doctors and medical students (requirement of RPPS number or education certificate). Foreign students and doctors are welcome provided they provide proof of medical studies/practice.

A COMPLETELY FREE AND AD-FREE TOOL
Thanks to our partners and the administrative support of the French Society of Dermatology, we can offer you this tool free of charge and without any form of advertising. Our organization is based on a network of volunteers from the Institut de Dermatologie du Grand Ouest.

AN INNOVATIVE LEARNING MECHANIC: THE REPEATING OF IMAGES
This project was born out of a need. When we were dermatology interns, we were looking for a simple solution, accessible on mobile, to repeat clinical cases in order to practice our dermatologist “eye”. We couldn't find anything that met our needs. Indeed, scientific journals offer clinical cases. But these cases are often complex, with additional data to integrate to formulate the final diagnosis. Conversely, we wanted a quick, fluid solution to familiarize ourselves with the full range of possible diagnoses in dermatology. It was then that the idea of ​​pooling several collections of photographs to make them accessible was born. We then wrote contexts and responses to present these photographs in the form of clinical cases. An algorithm also allows you to personalize your training to repeat only the diagnoses that you do not yet know.
