About Tifox : cahier de réussite

Tifox is a preschool achievement journal and learning log, accessible on phones, tablets, and computers. You take a photo of what the student is doing, select the relevant learning objective from the curriculum, and the observation is recorded in their journal. The PDF is automatically generated at the end of the term.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create your class, either manually or by importing your ONDE list.

2. In class, photograph a student's work or note an observation.

3. Link it to a learning objective from the official 2026 curriculum and indicate the student's progress: achieved, in progress, not achieved, or exceeded.

4. At the end of the term, generate each student's achievement journal as a PDF, for the entire class at once.

5. Share it with families via a personalized link, or print it out.

THE OFFICIAL 2026 CURRICULUM INTEGRATED
The six areas of the preschool curriculum applicable from the start of the 2026 school year (Official Bulletin No. 19 of May 7, 2026) are included in the application, with their learning objectives and examples of success broken down by level: Preschool (PS), Kindergarten (MS), and First Grade (GS). The Very Small Preschool (TPS) level is also supported. The previous curriculum remains accessible for completed workbooks.

THE SUCCESS REPORT IN PDF
Personalized cover, table of contents, observations categorized by area, signature page for families. More than 50 visual backgrounds to choose from (pirate, galaxy, animals, flowers, etc.). Three document options: the complete workbook, a summary per student, or a summary of skills by area.

YOUR DATA REMAINS IN FRANCE
Photos and observations are hosted in France and encrypted when not in use. They are used solely for your notebooks. Tifox is GDPR compliant, and you can delete your data whenever you want.

THE PRICE
Free for up to 3 students, with no time limit and no credit card required. After that, an annual subscription of €12 to €25 depending on the size of your class (12, 24, or 35 students).

Tifox can also be used from first grade to fifth grade: the curricula for cycles 2 and 3 are integrated, with the same functionality.
