Features:

- Drop and Pickup Authentication – A one-time passcode has to be provided to our delivery partner at the time of pick and drop. Customers can make sure that their goods are loaded and unloaded in a professional manner and make sure that the delivery is done to the right person.
- Online Payments – Incilo has partnered with the best payment gateway provider, enabling all sorts of payment methods (credit and debit cards, UPI, Netbanking, etc)
- Multiple Drop – Customer and Business can provide up to five different drops addresses for delivery
- Order Scheduling – A customer can schedule an order anytime up to two days in advance for delivery

Process:
1. Simply log in through your mobile number and enter the OTP received.
2. Enter the Pickup address by searching or choosing on the map, it will automatically fetch your current address. Pickup Name and Contact Number can be added here.
3. Select a time for scheduling the order or Select “Now” to book instantly.
4. Select the payment option (Cash or Online).
5. Select the Item Category from the List. Multiple selections is allowed.
6. Select approx. range of Weight (0-100 KG, 100-500KG, 500-750KG, 750-2500KG).
7. Select Dropdown “Loose” or Select “Pack” and “Enter Quantity”.
8. You can choose the option “Driver as Helper”, choosing this option will allow the driver to help you with the loading/unloading.
9. Click on “Select Drop Locations” and Enter the first Drop address by searching or selecting on the map. Please enter the Drop Contact Name and Mobile Number.
10. An estimated rate is shown at the bottom of the screen
11. Customers can add more drops in the same way. This will reflect the change in the estimation rate.
12. Click Continue and a review of the order is shown, click on “Book Now” or Exit to cancel.
13. Your order will be confirmed in a couple of minutes. Users will now receive the notification update or can track or call the driver.
14. For any assistance on the order, Fleet Support can be reached by clicking on the call button on every screen.
15. Please assist our delivery partner to load the goods. Provide the Pickup OTP that is displayed in the order details on the app
16. Once the delivery partner reaches the Drop Address, the User has to make the payment through Credit/Debit, UPI, and other online methods by clicking on “Proceed to Payment”. In case of a Cash order, please provide the payable amount to our delivery partner.
17. Please provide the rating for the order.
18. Once the payment confirmation is received by the Delivery Partner. Unloading of the goods/packages will start. Please provide the Drop OTP displayed on the screen to complete the order.
Orders Section:
1. Order section will show all the ongoing, completed and scheduled, and canceled orders.
2. For completed orders, the Invoice can be emailed, if the email is not already entered, please update it in the Profile Section.
3. An ongoing can be canceled until our delivery partner reaches the pickup address.
4. Order details can be opened by clicking on the order
