HydroTrack is a simple, beautiful water intake tracker that helps you hit
your daily hydration goal, build a streak, and get reminded before you
forget. Everything stays on your device. No sign-up required.

── TRACK YOUR WATER INTAKE ──
Log water in seconds with one tap. Use quick-add buttons for 200 ml,
250 ml, 500 ml, or 1 L — or enter any custom amount. Accidentally logged
too much? Undo your last entry instantly. Swipe to delete any log entry
from today's timeline.

── SMART HYDRATION GOAL ──
Enter your weight and HydroTrack calculates a personalized daily water
goal (weight × 35 ml). Prefer to set it yourself? Manual goal entry in
ml, L, or fl oz — your choice. Switch between metric and imperial any
time.

── BEAUTIFUL PROGRESS RING ──
Your home screen shows a smooth circular progress indicator that fills
as you drink throughout the day. Glance at it and know exactly where you
stand — no numbers required.

── STREAK TRACKING ──
Build a hydration streak by hitting your goal every day. HydroTrack shows
your current streak and your all-time best. A gentle motivator that
actually works.

── HISTORY & STATS ──
See your last 7 days as a bar chart — daily intake vs. your goal,
side by side. Browse a 30-day calendar heatmap where color intensity
shows how close you came each day. Track your average daily intake and
best streak at a glance.

── SMART REMINDERS THAT RESPECT YOUR SCHEDULE ──
Set active hours (e.g. 8 AM – 10 PM) and a reminder interval (every 1,
2, 3, or 4 hours). HydroTrack only sends reminders when you're awake —
never at 3 AM. Tap the +250 ml button directly from the notification
to log water without even opening the app.

── PRIVATE BY DESIGN ──
Zero internet permission. No account. No analytics. No ads. All your
water logs and settings live entirely on your device. We don't see any
of it — because we can't.
