CK Foods Asset Management is a comprehensive mobile application designed to efficiently manage and track company assets in the field. The app enables to record asset details with GPS-based location tagging.

The application streamlines the entire asset auditing workflow by providing auditors with a powerful yet intuitive tool for verifying physical assets at their registered locations. Upon logging in with secure email-based authentication, auditors are presented with a categorized list of assets scheduled for audit, complete with date-based scheduling that ensures timely inspections and compliance with audit cycles.
Asset Verification & QR Code Scanning: Auditor can scan QR codes attached to physical assets to instantly verify asset identity and match it against the database. The app validates that the scanned QR code corresponds to the correct asset ID before proceeding with the audit, preventing errors and ensuring data integrity throughout the verification process.

GPS-Based Location Validation: The app captures precise GPS coordinates using high-accuracy location services and compares the auditor's current position against the asset's registered latitude and longitude. If the distance exceeds 300 meters, the system flags the discrepancy and requires the auditor to provide remarks explaining the deviation, maintaining accountability and accurate location records.

Mock Location Detection: To ensure the authenticity of location data, the app incorporates advanced mock location detection technology. If a spoofed or simulated GPS signal is detected, the app immediately alerts the user and restricts audit functionality, safeguarding the integrity of location-based verification and preventing fraudulent audit submissions.

Image Capture & Compression: Auditors can capture photos directly through the in-app camera or select images from their device gallery. All images are automatically compressed to optimize storage and bandwidth usage while maintaining sufficient quality for documentation purposes. The app supports both front and rear camera modes for flexible image capture in various field conditions.

Offline Data Storage: Leveraging local storage capabilities, the app ensures that critical data remains accessible even in areas with limited or no network connectivity. Login credentials can be securely stored locally for quick access, and the app gracefully handles network interruptions without data loss.

Real-Time Network Status Detection: The application continuously monitors network connectivity status, enabling seamless data synchronization when connections are available and providing appropriate feedback to users when operating in offline mode.

Date-Based Audit Scheduling: Assets are organized with audit dates and next audit dates, allowing the system to determine which assets are due for inspection. The app enforces scheduling rules by only permitting audits within the allowed date window, ensuring compliance with organizational audit policies and preventing premature or overdue inspections.
