Contacto is a full phone app replacement built around the two moments every other dialer misses: while you are on the call, and the second after it ends.

WRITE THE NOTE WHILE YOU ARE STILL ON THE CALL
Tap Note on the in-call screen and type without leaving the call. Mute, speaker and hang up stay right where they are. The note attaches itself to that call as soon as it lands in your call log.
