REQUIREMENTS

IRIS IQ is a business phone client and requires an account issued by your organization's administrator. You cannot create an account in the app.

Which features appear depends on your phone system and the permissions your administrator grants, so some capabilities described above may not be available to every user.


EMERGENCY CALLS

IRIS IQ places calls over your internet connection and may not work during a power or network outage. Emergency operators may not automatically receive your location, and may not be able to reach you back in the app. Always keep another way to contact emergency services.
