This tool enables any workshop associate with easy access to a mobile device, to leverage existing Bosch Services such as Remote Diagnostic, allowing the creation of remote- and technical requests in a few and simple steps. More specifically, it offers user authentication with your existing Global Bosch ID account, management of your user profile, create & maintain service requests; new, ongoing and historical, fast & reliable creation of service requests using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for capturing VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) & license plates for vehicle identification and scheduling with our easy to use booking tool.
