Booost is a planner built around how executive function actually works – helping you plan, prioritise, start tasks and follow through with less friction.

It's designed for anyone who is neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and other specific learning difficulties (SpLDs) – with or without a formal diagnosis – though anyone who struggles to get started will find it useful.

Most apps give you somewhere to store your to-do list, then leave you to work out how to start. That's exactly where things break down for a lot of people.

Booost works back from one question: what do you need in the moment starting feels hardest?
