The objective of FACOP training in the field of leadership and entrepreneurship
is as follows: contribute to the entrepreneurial revolution underway in Africa, by providing
men and women wishing to invest in the skills enabling them to conceive and
implement business and other project models, taking into account, to succeed, the
ancestral socio-cultural realities of this continent.
It is therefore a question of indicating to more than 2 million learners the key factors of success
in the creation and development of a sustainably prosperous business, and to realize the

1- Train Africans and non-Africans committed to becoming entrepreneurs and leaders in
good health, truly free and sustainably rich, happy and proud of it, having a
good command of African wisdom, financial intelligence, intelligence
emotional and spiritual intelligence. All this cannot be learned at school like
we know it.
2- Through several exercises and concrete, scientific, rational, verifiable examples
and sometimes measurable, help participants become aware of their real potential and
above all to make the decision to change perspective, to change paradigm, to change
of mentality, to change life, to change sides, to succeed in creation and
development of their industrial and/or commercial businesses, or any other
form of fulfilling organizations, to be passed on to future generations.
3- Contribute not only to increasing the capacity of learners to take initiatives and

5- Learners who will diligently and regularly follow the lessons of levels 1,
2 and 3 will receive the keys, techniques, tools, weapons and ammunition which they

put these teachings into practice. In fact, they will have, at the end of the various
levels of training, of all the essential bases which will normally allow them to
put in place effective systems and structures, which will lead them towards great
success as entrepreneurs or other leaders. Anyway, already at the end of the level
FACOP-A1, they will have a new stock of ideas and a new way of thinking, because
that much more emotionally and spiritually intelligent, as well as tools
practices that will make them more efficient, more enthusiastic and more courageous, whatever
their geographical origin or their departure status. Level A3 will be reserved for a few
privileged people who have truly proven themselves in the field, for at least 5 years.
