🔴 Request Help
It is designed for those who need help and want to ask for help. We send the status of your requests via SMS to your mobile phone number logged into the system. You can query your request status from the main screen with your request number and be informed about the latest status of your request.

🔴 I Want to Help
By adding the products that can be donated to your donation box, we show you the receipts to which you will send the payments for the products you added.

🔴Association Volunteers Panel (Manager, Assessor, Distributor)
- Users with administrative users direct incoming requests to the detectors they specify. Mobile notifications are received on the detectors' phones. The inspector goes to the house to be detected, inspects it and changes the status of the request to 'detected'. Distributors log in to the system with the user information given to them and view the addresses to be distributed on the Konya map. It assigns addresses to the closest addresses to itself and comes to the warehouse and picks up what to take according to the identifier's answer to the question of what to take (e.g. food, clothing, winter clothing) and goes to the requester's location with a road map via the application. It makes the delivery and updates the status of the request as delivered. Admin finalizes the addresses distributed during the day. Thus, a normal claim process is completed in this way.

❗ There are improvements in the system for those who create requests one after another, those who create requests repeatedly from everyone in the family's phone, and those who create requests again before their requests are finalized.
