SAFE Workplace is a mental health education and support app designed to help individuals, employees, supervisors, peers, and organizational leaders build healthier and more supportive environments.

Built around the SAFE model — See the Signs, Approach with Care, Find Support, and Engage & Encourage — the app provides practical guidance for recognizing when someone may be struggling, starting supportive conversations, connecting people with appropriate resources, and encouraging continued support.
