About Weekly Workout

Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, or just want to maintain it, Weekly Workout is for you. A large range of exercises in three different workout modules.

Weekly Cycle: 3 different cycles alternating on different days of the week. Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays are cardio exercises; Tuesdays and Fridays are toning exercises and Wednesdays and Saturdays are abs exercises. This is to get a range in the exercises you do.

Daily Cycle: A cycle of exercises that is repeated each day.

Custom Workout: Choose from any of the exercises to form your very own workout!
