WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Trackpad — swipe to move through menus, tap to select. Adjust the sensitivity to taste.
• Buttons — back/menu, home, play/pause.
• Volume — use the on-screen buttons, or just press your phone's physical volume keys.
• Keyboard — when your Apple TV asks for text, type it on your phone instead of hunting letter by letter on screen.
• Skip — ±10 seconds, shown automatically when what you're watching supports it.
• Multiple Apple TVs — switch rooms with a single tap.
• Power — put your Apple TV to sleep or wake it up.


HOW IT WORKS

1. Aether TV finds every Apple TV on your Wi-Fi automatically. If your network hides them, you can enter an IP address by hand.
2. Pick one and type the 4-digit code your TV displays.
3. That's it. The pairing is remembered, so from then on the app connects the moment you open it.


PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Aether TV talks to your Apple TV directly over your own Wi-Fi. There is no account to create, nothing to log into, and none of your remote-control activity is routed through our servers. The pairing and the session that follows are encrypted, exactly the way your Apple TV expects.

Aether TV is free to use for 24 hours — the full app, nothing held back. After that, a subscription keeps it unlocked.

Prices and the plans available in your country are shown inside the app before you buy, and are charged to your Google Play account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions. If a one-time purchase option is offered, it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.

The trial runs on a fixed 24-hour clock that starts the first time the app reaches our billing provider, so it does not reset by reinstalling.
