About Oway

Oway Magazine has played an indispensable role in the history of student movement, the national independence struggle and the struggle against military rule. From the time of Aung San and Nyo Mya to the present day, it has always stood by the oppressed people and has a long tradition as a student union magazine.

During the Burmese Spring Revolution, the Oway Bulletin is published fortnightly by the All Burma Federation of Students’ Union and the University of Yangon Students' Union.
