Hi, My name is Riya Vyas, I am an internationally certified Yoga and Meditation teacher, based in Delhi, India. In my life, yoga was the game-changer that helped me to articulate and actualize my life. It is through my yoga classes, workshops and online content, I aim to help others find their health and happiness.
