The mobile application is a convenient tool for performing inspections of insured objects of Bulgaria Insurance’ clients when concluding insurance policies or when an insurance event occurs. The application usage saves processing time and improves the quality of the data collected, leading to higher customer satisfaction. Employees or authorized partners of Bulgaria Insurance inspect the object when concluding an insurance policy, following a few easy steps from a predefined process.
Main functionalities:
- Enter or verify the data of the inspected object.
- Have the ability to track the history/recurrence of previous damages.
- Additional features and current status of the object (keys, alarm, etc.);
- List of damages and the degree of damages will be drawn up in accordance with nomenclature;
- The object is captured in a certain sequence;
- Report with results of the inspection, signed by client and examiner, which can be sent via selected method;
