Whatever your starting posture, it is facing North.

On the first technique, you can, at your convenience, replace the backward movement of the left foot with a forward movement of the right foot (ayumi ashi). You can also adopt a waiting posture, initial, with the right foot in front (migi fudo dashi, ...). This will allow you to move in yori ashi or tsugi ashi. The goal is to vary the sensations of working in pairs (go no sen, sen no sen, ...).

Each team is made up of at least two people, a principal and an executor.
A new draw is made at each change of performer. Three maximum raises are allowed. Remember to lock the chosen configuration. It will be remembered.
The guidance of the performer is done only by speech. Any action by the client or his team is penalized.
