How it Works
For Users (Tenants/Buyers)

Using our website or app, you can effortlessly explore properties available for rent or purchase in any part of Kenya.

Once you find a property that catches your eye, reaching out to the listing agent is a breeze. You can contact them via WhatsApp, email, or a phone call – the choice is yours.

Agents may request a small property viewing fee, or they might offer this service for free; it’s entirely up to them. Rest assured, Tenantt Kenya doesn’t oversee any financial transactions on behalf of agents – any fees they charge are their own decisions and terms. We’re here to help them showcase their properties and connect with potential clients.

After viewing a property, you’re encouraged to leave a review on our platform to share your experience with others. Additionally, agents are required to mark properties as ‘rented’ or ‘sold’ when they become unavailable.

For Agents

We have a responsibility to maintain the integrity of our property listings. Agents are required to upload properties they have explicit access to and permission to manage. We do not tolerate the listing of properties that agents cannot access.

Agents can only charge viewing fees to tenants or buyers and cannot request more than that amount unless a rental or purchase agreement has been reached.

All uploaded property listings must include clear images, videos, and accurate property information. Any misinformation will result in the removal of the property listing until the agent rectifies the issue.

If you're interested in becoming a Tenantt Certified Agent, you can make money by helping us find properties for rent or purchase in your local area. As a Certified Agent, your role involves identifying suitable properties, notifying us, guiding us to the location, and facilitating the property's photography and listing on our platform. For every property you help us find, you'll earn Ksh. 100. You're free to operate in a single location and can move to the next area after assisting us in finding at least 15 properties in your current location.
