ate turns every meal into a sticker. Point the camera at your plate, and the dish is named, cut out of the photo and added to your collection with the story of where it came from.

ONE CARD PER DISH
Eat pizza three times and you get one pizza card with three memories stacked under it. Your shelf stays as long as your list of dishes.

IT KNOWS THE DISH
Recognition names what is on the plate and hands you the final word. When it is unsure you get a choice of candidates, and you can search the catalogue by name when the answer is not there.

CUISINES FILL UP
Every dish moves a cuisine forward: Georgian, Japanese, Italian, Mexican, Thai, French, Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian, American. Complete one and its passport stamp is yours.

JOURNEYS WORTH FINISHING
Ten dumplings from ten countries. Eight noodles along one route. Nine breakfasts before noon. Each finished set presses an enamel pin onto your profile.

YOUR FOOD MAP
Every meal saved with a place becomes a pin. Zoom out to see where you have eaten, filter by cuisine, tap a spot to read back the meals you had there.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your collection is yours alone. Nobody else can open it, and your notes, ratings and places stay on your account.

Photos are sent to Google's Gemini API so the dish can be identified. On the free tier Google's terms allow submitted content to be used to improve their products and to be reviewed by humans, so please do not photograph anything you would not want a stranger to see. Everything else stays private to your account.

Android 8.0 and newer. Most of the testing happens on Android 11 and up.
