He was born in Medina in 1404 AH, corresponding to 1983 AD.
He obtained a bachelor’s degree from the College of Sharia at Muhammad Bin Saud University, then a master’s degree in comparative jurisprudence from the Higher Institute of Islamic Studies, then a doctorate from the Islamic University of Medina, then a certificate of auditor and Sharia observer, an Islamic banker’s certificate, and a master’s degree in Islamic finance from Bahrain, then a professional trainer from the University of Sharia.
