Hokm means Trumps. It is a plain trick-taking card game, similar to Court Piece and Rang or Rung. In the first hand, a player becomes randomly "Hakeem", the trump-selector. Five cards are initially dealt to each player, the Hakeem selects the trumps for that hand, and the game begins.
