About Lyxter

Lyxter AI is a diagnostic assistant for heavy-vehicle workshops and fleets. Paste a fault code from any diagnostic tool, describe a symptom, or attach a photo or a PDF, and get a structured answer: the most likely cause, what to check first, and how serious it is.

Built for trucks, trailers, buses, agricultural and construction machinery. Multi-brand, and it works alongside the diagnostic tool you already own.

Diagnose in chat
- Paste an SPN/FMI or an OEM fault code, or describe the fault in your own words.
- Attach photos of the part, the display or the wiring, and PDF documents up to 25 MB.
- Every diagnostic answer carries a severity tag the app color codes, so you can see at a glance how urgent it is.
- Tell Lyxter whether the fix worked. Confirmed outcomes make the next answer better.
- Lyxter answers in the language you write in.

Keep the whole workshop on the same page
- Chats belong to the company, not to one mechanic. Anyone on the team can open yesterday's case.
- Invite your mechanics. Each one gets their own login.

Fleet (Pro plan)
- A page per vehicle: status, service history, service plans with email reminders, and its own manuals.
- Link a chat to a vehicle and the answer takes that vehicle's history into account.
- Up to 25 vehicles.

Service (Pro plan, Beta)
- Run a service or an inspection from a checklist, on a phone or a tablet in the bay. Ticks, measurements and notes save as you go.
- Works both for your own vehicles and for a customer's vehicle.
- Finishing a job records the reading, moves the service plan on, and produces a service report you can view, print or download as a PDF, in English or Danish.

Manuals
- Upload your workshop's manuals as PDF or text files. Lyxter reads them and uses them in your own company's diagnoses.
- Your manuals stay private to your company.

The interface is available in English and Danish, and everyone on the team picks their own.

Privacy
- No advertising, no analytics, no tracking cookies and no third party scripts.
- Your chats, vehicles and manuals are private to your company.
- What Lyxter learns from a diagnosis is a short technical lesson, automatically stripped of names, emails, phone numbers, plates and identification numbers before it is stored, and reviewed by Lyxter staff before any other company sees it.
- You can ask us to delete your company account and everything in it, from inside the app or at app.lyxter.ai/delete-account.

What you need
