How it works:

About TurfBook:

TurfBook is a Kenyan company built in Nairobi. We use Safaricom's M-Pesa platform (via Daraja) for all payments. We are registered as a business in Kenya and we comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

If you need help with a booking, a refund, or your account, reach us on WhatsApp or email [email protected]. We respond within an hour during 9am–9pm East Africa Time, every day.

Privacy and security:

Your data is encrypted in transit. Your phone number is used only for sign-in and to contact you about your bookings. We never sell your data. You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app, or visit turfbook.africa/account-deletion.
