Love that it builds you up to harder stuff so it's awesome for people just starting or restarting. Also shows you how to do exercises in case you're not sure. Everything can be done without any equipment (but I recommend no dogs in the room because they might get excited like mine when you do things like jumping jacks haha). Super user friendly so easy to understand and move through. Excited to restart my journey and use this for tracking progress.

Great workout app! I especially like the stretch routine to relieve neck tension and pain. Sure it has ads, but that's how quality apps can provide their content for free (grow up people). The ads never interrupt a workout and only take a few seconds to watch. I wish there were more workout routines focused on excercising for health instead of losing weight or getting a perfectly toned body. But it's pretty great for a free app.

Great for at home workouts, beginners, or when you just want to stretch. I paid for a premium subscription. I used to pay for the gym, which i never go to, so i thought to myself, "Why not?" And i don't regret it. I'm getting my workouts more than when i had the gym subscription. This app is what works for me. I love its simplicity and appreciate the instructions and challenges. The workouts are diverse and target different muscle groups. TLDR: I'm satisfied with the app and its services. 😊
