SYLLABUS TOPIC TESTS
9 categories of tests to help you focus on specific sections of the syllabus.
Time available proportional to the number of questions in the test (e.g. 15 minutes to complete 10 questions or one quarter of the official exam).
If you get a question wrong in a topic set, the app will highlight your incorrect answer RED and allow you another attempt until you get the correct answer, which will highlight GREEN. However, you will only score a mark if you get the answer right first time.

Not a bad way to study for the exam. However when taking a quiz, it will reset if you do anything outside the app. If you get the question right, it jumps immediately to the next question. Which is frustrating if you are try to study and want to reread the question and answer before moving on. Also having a time limit is annoying for a practice quiz. I normally answer a few questions and start doing other things before coming back to answer more and having the quiz constantly reset sucks.

Very good database of questions which help to memorise the terminology of ITIL4. However would like to see questions that are much closer to the format of the actual exam.

Our online training course, which include the official exam and is available at www.zindiak.co.uk for less than the cost of buying the exam directly from PeopleCert, contains the two official sample exam papers.
This app is designed to help you memorise the information you need for the exam by providing an almost infinite variety of questions.

Particularly around the service desk there are several ITIL 3 topics. There are no explanations for the correct answers. You can't review your answers to understand what you got wrong.
