I enjoy this app; however, it's sad they only offer 2 exercise routines before they require you to pay to upgrade. Yes, you can repeat those days, but it still is frustrating that you have to pay to use tracking supports, etc.... Other apps don't require this upgrade if you're not seeking an expense.

I installed and uninstalled 3 apps before I found this one. I like how the notes below an exercise explain the correct position to take. It's a feel good experience as i could literally feel the muscles being worked on. I Just finished day 1 and looking forward to tomorrow.

I LOVE this app. It's great for the exercises I'm trying to do for my butt and legs and it's fast and easy to do. And I love how everyday is different and already planned out for you. I feel like this app is my own personal trainer!! 5 stars for sure!!!
