About this app

UAS107 is one of the first apps designed to be a suitable supplement in preparation for the FAA small drone Unmanned Aircraft General (UAG) Remote Pilot exam. Launched back in September of 2016 and developed by sUAS experts, the app provides at least 150 random questions which are representative of questions found on the 60 question UAG exam. UAS107 is the ONLY app with on-demand content updating, meaning users can gain access to new exam questions at any time without requiring an app update. UAS107 also contains useful reference material including sectional charts, METARS, and TAFS which can be used in preparation for the exam. Users can even access real-time VFR sectional charts for any airport in the US with current METAR, TAF and airport diagrams and related information. This real-time VFR module will help to keep pilots knowledge up to speed regarding weather and airport information.

This app would be better if the aeronautical charts actually included the legend and scale to figure out the distance from airports that many questions refer too. I just took the test and passed with a 93% but I can't give all the credit to this app. I felt I was behind the eight ball on some of the airspace and chart questions because of the lack of the legends and scale and I was just memorizing the answer because of it. Also the air space model can't be zoomed into on my Samsung S9.

I would definitely pay for this app, but I don't think its worth the $6.99. right now, I'd say it's worth about half that: - the navigation buttons within the tests are very small, and take several attenpts to tap. - the multiple choice selection buttons are extremely difficult to tap, and take a good dozen attempts (Per Question) - I appreciate you can see the answer per question, but I found that out on my own, and not the hidden guide.

This is the best utility I have found for studying for the part 107. One thing that could make it a LOT better: allow me to click on the entire body of an answer and select it instead of having to reach over to the left side of the screen and hit the little dot. all good apps allow easy one handed operation from the right hand side when possible. this would be an easy fix
