The worst (non)service I've ever come across. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We've been paying for their live service for years and then it stopped working. We tried logging out and in but it didn't recognize our email address. We tried signing up again with a new address and it still does not work. We tried contacting them by email but they don't answer. Simply put, stay away from this app and their horrible service.

I don't use the app often enough to merit paying for it. I tried to cancel, but the only option I was given was to "delay payment." I could delay for 1,2, or 3 months and can only delay 3 times a year. I just want out of it, but emails have not been answered on what to do. My experience using the app was good, I'd give it a 4 or 5 rating, but trying to cancel it has been difficult. As others have said on here, customer service is non-existent.

I use this app on my other device and it works perfect. I have a new device. I download the app on this device and trying to create a new account using my other Gmail account that I am now using on this device and the information from the app is that the email is invalid. Both of my email addresses work perfect on all devices for other purposes. The i24 news app seem to have update with something gone wrong or something is wrong without a update.

Please clear your device's cache then check for any updates from the Play Store and try again to login. On device: Settings-Apps-i24NEWS-Select “Storage”-"Clear cache.” In Chrome app-More (top right)-History-Clear browsing data-choose a time range from the top-Next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes-Clear data
