Mobile Knee is more than just a prayer list... more than just a journal app... it's a customizable spiritual notebook.
Yes, at it's core, Mobile Knee is great place to store and remember your prayers. However, Mobile Knee allows you to do much more. You can create your own freeform lists, such as:
- Journal (Spiritual, Prayer, Dream or General)
- Notes (Sermon, Bible Study, Quiet Time or General)
- Prayers (Prayer List or Prayer Journal)
- Tasks (Spiritual To Dos, Tasks, Daily or Long Term)
- Verses (Verses to remember, memorize or take note of)
- Affirmations (Positive statements that affirm self and power of God)
- Goals (Spiritual Goals, Faith Based Objectives or Bucket List)
- Music (Keep track of your favorite inspirational songs... aka lyrics)

Mobile Knee has been designed to maximize privacy. By default, entries are stored solely on your device; nowhere else. If you'd like to store your entries in the cloud, instead, that option is available via subscription but is 100% optional.

For the most part, I love the app. I have used it for years. I am not a fan of the new appearance after the update though. The organization features are nice, but my absolute favorite part about the app was it's elegant background graphics and now it looks cheesy and plain. I also don't like that it tries to archive entries when I swipe my screen to go back a page. I do wish many of the old formatting and backgrounds were available as options...that was what sold me one this app over the others.

It's all available via option.
1) under themes, select show v3 backgrounds
2) under settings, expand row text
3) under settings, text size
4) under settings, row max lines
The first one is the main one you are looking for. The other three, read the little description text to see if you want to adjust them. Old look with new features. :)

The update is fabulous; absolutely amazing! The new layout and themes were much needed. Thank for the prayer timer and reminder notification. I've been using the app for years and the new analytics page is awesome. The new list types will be most helpful. I think I'll be signing up for the cloud sync and downloading the iOS version too because then I can use this on my iPad too. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. And still no ads; sweet!

When I originally downloaded this app I fell in love with it. I used it for so many different things and purposes but I had to change my device. I had been backing up my data to Dropbox but when I change my device and tried to retrieve the data I was told that Dropbox no longer supported the app, so the app was updated so data could be saved to Google Drive. Which is fine, but the developer of this app failed to provide a way for us to retrieve our saved data from Dropbox. I emailed them over a year ago without a response. I continue to use my data from my old device in the mean time. I decided to leave this review because I am switching apps to yet another new device and this one was transferred over, but of course I still cannot retrieve my old data. I probably will need to start from scratch but won't use this app if that is the case. Can't keep starting over. It would be great if this is fixed.
