Wish I had read reviews before renting anything on here. I have a Vizio smart tv and the highest possible wifi, yet the movie just kept freezing and buffering so much there was no way I could even watching it. Contacted customer service and they kept saying oh it works fine on our end, must be your service or your device. No, it's not. I watch movies on every other platform ALL THE TIME! Never any playback or buffering issues. This is literally the only platform that won't play the movie. I went on Amazon Prime and rented it, not one issue. The service is horrible and customer service is worse. They finally said that they would refund me ONE TIME AS A COURTESY. They made sure that was all in caps too. I don't recommend this app and won't even use it again.

I tried everything to get this app to work with my phone,it stopped everytime. My daughter could play the movie on her Roku. I would rate this 5 stars if it would work on my phone. Netflix,Hulu,cbs,the CW,google play movies,you tube,pluto,Prime, all of these apps work on my phone. I watch movies and live tv on my phone. This app will not work on my phone. It worked great on my daughters Roku. I can watch the movie trailers. I liked the option to search for a movie.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Waste of time & money! I ordered the first movie, everything was okay for the most part! I have the app on my phone AND my Roku tv! I rented a second movie and it wasn't playable. It kept telling me to rent, however, i had already rented it. So when I would go to rent, it told me I already owned it. Had 12 messages between myself and customer service and I STILL can't watch the movie I paid for! GARBAGE. WILL BE DELETING!

Hello Amber, we believe you have two ROW8 accounts (that we were not previously aware of) you are signed into the wrong account on your devices so naturally you would not see the movie we added to the account. We emailed you addressing this matter. This confusion has been resolved, please update your review accordingly.
