About this app

HES-MRZ (Identity Reader) application, which automatically reads the MRZ part of IDs and passports, has been developed to facilitate the registration process of individuals to Hayat Eve Fitting Application.
This application is used for foreign national users who have logged in to the HES application but have not completed the registration process, to obtain information from their ID card or passport and register them in the system. When the registration process is started on the HES application, if the user is using the supporting version, the HES-MRZ button appears on the foreign registration page.

In order to scan a passport, your phone must have NFC. And probably your passport must also support NFC. This isn't said anywhere beforehand, so one is left guessing. And what about the people with phones without NFC? After scanning, the app imports data into HES and opens Play so you can install the HES app. But you can't, because Play says the app is not available in your country - even though you are in Turkey at the moment. So, a useless app.

After over an hour attempting to install this app and scan passport pic with no success, I went in search of answers and discovered this is not the correct app. The one you need is the hayat eve sığar app which is green with a house in-between two hands. First though, you need to make sure your play store settings have your country showing as Turkey not the UK, once you've changed that, the correct app should come up in a search and allow you to download.

As everyone else has mentioned...we have the exact same experience. Many hours wasted trying to scan documents on 4 different Android devices. None worked. When finally a device scanned after 3 hours then it redirected to Google play where it says the app isn't available in your country. We are in Turkey! Finally we got the app to work on our Ipad. 4 hours to accomplish something that should have taken minutes. Such a waste of time.
