I have never used an app whose notifications consistently undermine the capabilities of the people who use it while also sounding so very condescending. App works good, otherwise. Except for when I'm being hounded about dropping off a delivery within literal seconds of returning to my vehicle. No, I didn't drop off the order because I decided to stop in and have some tea with the customer for a solid 30 seconds and leave, instead. Rework the wording for your notifications. This app is a mess.

It's ok. It gets the job done but there are some minor annoyances. It has the wrong location of where my store is. It has the address right but it thinks my store is a couple miles from where it actually is. I can't see details for items on customer's orders. It's nice to have the general list of items but I need the full list of items on the customers orders, not just how many party packages there are.

I have a 2nd company reaching out to do deliveries with, but I'm already using the app with the first. Is there a way to be logged into both sets of credentials at once, and have things populate to a single dashboard?

Hi Josh. Unfortunately, our App doesn't support multi-account. You need to re-login every time you'd like to receive orders from a different company.
