Actually I used the website, not the app. I had no issues at all. After ordering I started reading the reviews and thought I was scammed. So I called the restaurant and they confirmed my order. The delivery was on time. The service fee was .99 cents. I was about to place the same on Door dash where they were going to charge $3 for service fee and $7 for delivery. Plus the price on the menu was 1$ less on qmenu.

I don't know what all these people are talking about, it has to be the restaurants error. Thought this thing seemed sketch as he** but got my food, every bit perfect and delicious, in 20 mins. It's meant as a go between, especially for Chinese restaurants where things get confused over the phone. If the restaurant you order from is "actually" using this it's really convenient.

Unfortunately I can't use this app as my billing address for my payment method (CC) is not in dropdown list. Too bad, guess I'll just make a phone order with the restaurants instead and save the service fee charge the convenience would have generated for QMenu Inc. Recommend you keep list of billing addresses current to something as refreshed as Google Maps and allow various non-street entry's for those who have billing addresses to PO Boxes, etc that don't start with numbers.
