Not impressed. First I have to go get the card companion because the old app was no longer supported, without warning. Then that one won't show me transactions it only wants to text me what my card does. Then I have to go download this "upgraded" version of the app they said they don't support and it is just as clear as mud like the other one, and that's when it actually let's me preform a task. The last several times I've tried to use it it just stays in processing mode. Not an upgrade.

It is near impossible to link outside bank accounts to this new app. I've tried for days to pay a pioneer loan (I don't bank here, thank God) and have tried over and over to get the funds to transfer with no luck untill today and now a late fee has already been added. I tried calling the branch to pay over the phone, on hold for over 20 minutes multiple times, left a voicemail and haven't received a call back. If they would've left the app alone, there wouldn't be so many issues. Bad move Pio!

Not user friendly. The old app automatically asked for fingerprint to login, this has to be selected manually. Navigation of accounts is irritating if you have more than one, the sort function is broken- I cannot get it to exclude my daughter's account from mine, it lumps all balances together. The old app wasn't broken, they shouldn't have tried to "fix" it.
