I've been having issues with this platform since the update with the app. I've emailed with my old acct and no reply. So I unsubscribed. Waited abt 2 months..today I re subscribed with a different email and I'm getting "requires a bundle subscription" messages for every show. So I upgraded from original 5.99 silver package to 7.99 gold package thinking that was the issue. But im still not able to view any content via phone or firestick. They have taken out both the 5.99 & 7.99

There are a few issues with this update. As soon as I updated the app, I was unable to log in using my credentials. After a few days, I was able to log in to my account. Not all shows were on the new updated app. Shows are missing like SCB Vegas and a few others, which was disappointing. Also, I am being charged twice for NTTV. I was charged for the previous app, and now I am charged again for the updated app. This is after a whole month has passed. Please fix this!

As soon as I updated a few days ago, my account seems to be gone. It was working just fine before. My login is saved and fills in automatically but now it won't work. And when you try to reset the password or anything, it doesn't recognize my account. Online I see a lot of people having this issue. Please fix whatever yall did bc I "was" enjoying the app/subscription until all of this mess. (And it's not just the app, it's your platform bc I cant access it on a computer or through the web anymor
