Free and wonderful! I ditched the Wim Hof app due to horrible customer service and the subscription based model. This app has the guided breathing (only thing I liked in the WHM app.) and is truly free! Only criticism is I wish it had more music, the default song is bad and nearly turned me off the app until I saw there was a second song and the breathing audio sounds could be better and took me a little bit to get use to... But that's it! Thank you so much for this wonderful app! đđ

It works, there are a lot of options to select to curate the perfect experience. However, the computer generated voice kinda sucks to be honest.

Thank you!!! Would be perfect to go to recovery and retention by double tap! And some gong or vibration before 5 breath to retention!!! And the last breath just must be louder!!!
